Who This Is For

Founders and revenue leaders at B2B technology and AI companies who recognize at least one of these:

Your pipeline is a story, not a fact.

Forecasts move every week, deals stall silently, and reviews run on anecdotes.

Your team's hours go to the wrong work.

Research, list building, follow-up chasing, and reporting eat the time that should go to selling.

You've tried AI tools and shelved them.

Generic output, no fit with how you sell, no way to govern what they did.

If none of these sound familiar, you probably don't need us yet. Keep the link.

Scope

Five dimensions. One honest picture.

01

Process and motion

How a deal actually moves from first touch to close, versus how everyone thinks it moves. Stage definitions, qualification discipline, handoffs, and where deals go to die.

02

Pipeline and forecast

Coverage, velocity, aging, and truth. How much of the pipeline is real, how much is wishful, and how accurate the forecast has been against actuals.

03

Tooling and data

What's in the stack, what's actually used, and whether the data underneath can support automation. CRM hygiene, activity capture, and the gaps between systems.

04

Team and capacity

Where your people's hours actually go, split between selling work and everything else. Ramp reality for new hires, coaching cadence, and where expertise is bottlenecked in one or two heads.

05

Messaging and market

ICP sharpness, message-to-market fit, and how consistently the story is told across reps, sequences, and assets.

The Deliverable

A report you can act on Monday.

The assessment produces one written report, in three parts:

1

Part 1 · The bottleneck and gap map.

Where deals stall, where hours are burned on manual work, and where data and accountability break down. Named, located, and sized.

2

Part 2 · The automation opportunity map.

Which specialized agents apply to which gaps, what each would change in your workflow, and what stays human. Not a product brochure: where agents don't fit, we say so.

3

Part 3 · The prioritized ROI plan.

The lowest-hanging fruit, ranked by expected impact on pipeline, revenue, and team performance, so your first move pays for itself. Includes what to fix before automating, if that's the honest sequence.

The report is yours regardless of what you decide next. If you deploy with us, it becomes the scoping document. If you don't, it's still the clearest picture of your sales operation you've had.

The Process

01

Intake

A short questionnaire and access setup: CRM read access, sample call recordings if available, and your current pipeline snapshot.

02

Working session

A structured session with you and your revenue leadership. We walk the motion end to end, deal by deal where it's useful.

03

Analysis

We run the diagnostics across the five dimensions, using the same agents we deploy for clients. You'll see the system's output quality before you've committed to anything.

04

Readout

A live walkthrough of the report: the gaps, the opportunity map, and the ranked plan. Direct answers to "what would you do first, and why."

Typically completed within two weeks of intake.

What Happens Next

Path 01

Engage

The report becomes the scoping document, for whichever track the findings call for: the agentic build (brain, agents, director layer inside your existing workflow) or fractional sales leadership (an operator in the seat, training the team and building the structure).

Path 02

Fix first

If the foundations aren't ready (data, process, or team), the report says so and sequences the fixes. Automating a broken motion just breaks it faster.

Path 03

Walk away

Take the report and run. No retainer ambush, no drip campaign. If it was useful, you know where we are.

FAQ

Typically two weeks from intake to readout, depending on access and scheduling.
CRM read access, a pipeline snapshot, a working session with revenue leadership, and call recordings if you have them. No integrations, no installs.
A fixed fee, quoted before you commit, and credited in full against the build if you proceed. The build itself is scoped from your assessment report: how much of the organization we touch, how far up the autonomy ladder you want to go, and how much must be custom-built. You'll have exact numbers before anything is signed.
No. Part 2 of the report explicitly marks where agents don't fit your motion, and Path 3 exists for a reason. The assessment is only valuable to us if it's honest, because the report is what future clients judge us on.
Especially then. The most common finding is not "you need more tools." It's that the existing motion can't support the tools already bought.
